I adore my current residence. In addition to having a lovely pool in rear where I can unwind, my community has attractive residents. I was tanning by the pool when this guy walked out, and he was so hot that I told him to accompany me to my apartment, where I fucked his brains out, then I got off the phone and took his stuff from the patio table while he was swimming. It wasn't until later that I even knew his name. And I also found out that he doesn't live here, he was staying with his girlfriend. Oh, well. I love my place.
