As Jessica Ryan descends the stairs, her stepdaughter Hazel Moore stops her in her tracks as she exits the restroom and shuts the door behind her. Jessica is taken aback and intrigued by Hazel's activities. Hazel says that Jessica has worked so hard to save money for Hazel's college—so hard, in fact, that Jessica hasn't been able to take a self-indulgence vacation—that Hazel has chosen to give Jessica a unique surprise as a way of saying thank you! Hazel informs Jessica that she has drawn a sumptuous bath for her, and Jessica is moved and grateful at once by Hazel's kindness. Hazel quickly clarifies, though, that Jessica won't be getting just one surprise from her. Hazel has organized a 'journey around the world' from the bathtub because Jessica is unable to take an actual vacation these days! Wearing her favorite bikini, Jessica unwinds in the bathtub while Hazel plays music, decorates the space, and brings in a variety of goodies to give Jessica the impression that she is on a global vacation. Hazel's endearing attempts to make Jessica happy eventually win Jessica over, and she extends an invitation for Hazel to join her in the tub.
