John, one of my regulars at the coffee shop, has made me an offer, and I believe I will accept it. Right now, I'm a student and have to work to support myself in addition to studying, which has been somewhat difficult. John works a lot and is extremely affluent, therefore he doesn't have time for a girlfriend. If I meet his needs and support him socially, he is willing to assist me financially. I'm willing to do virtually anything right now. I have nothing to worry about because he's responsible, attractive, and grounded. This agreement seems like it will be beneficial to us both.
