Weeks have passed since April (Alina Lopez) and Trent (Dick Chibbles) struck a bizarre deal. Trent asked April to become pregnant in order to grant him his dream of having a daughter in return for April helping to support her younger brother's education. April consented to become pregnant. But April can't seem to conceive despite having sex more times than she can remember. Trent is also growing impatient. April is thinking twice, but she's not sure how to tell Trent about it.
