Due to a severe case of fever—a dirty, naughty, or bad fever—Sally Sparrow was sent to the school nurse's office. She was lucky that Sean Michaels, a big-chested black man, was the nurse. While he may not have cured her jungle fever, he certainly made her ill day at the doctor's office enjoyable!
