Detective Sergeant Seth Gamble believes there is a problem with the case file of suspect Kenzie Taylor, who was taken into custody by a SWAT squad last night and is awaiting a psychological assessment. His companion concurs that she's really attractive and quips that he should show her his subpoena. Seth descends to her detention cell to look around. The handcuffed blonde who is imprisoned begs Seth to believe her, saying she has done nothing wrong. Seth reveals that she was not given a mental health evaluation during her arrest because his colleagues disregarded protocol. Heroically, he tells the police to release her handcuffs and walks off.
