These days' receptionists: why can't they finish all the chores they're given, take a little initiative and do something without being asked every now and then, and, for heaven's sake, make sure the water dispenser is always stocked with full bottles of water? I suppose they believe that leaning backwards and possibly forwards will solve the problem!?
