The married lesbian couple Skylar (Skylar Snow) and Paige (Paige Owens) are prepared to go forward in their marriage by jointly purchasing a home. However, it soon becomes apparent that the house of their dreams would only be a nightmare as they locate it. The realtor treats them with contempt when they attempt to submit an offer on the ideal home. Despite being decent individuals with solid credit, they don't seem to be accepted in this neighbourhood. The realtor informs Skylar and Paige that they have very little chance of winning the house because they are lesbians. Paige is enraged, but Skylar makes an effort to be understanding. She is adamant that they will make excellent neighbours and won't be showing off their sexuality. The realtor accepts their offer despite her doubts, and Skylar and Paige are both aware of WHY they were not successful in purchasing the house.
